The quote is from Andrew Ryan, the fictional founder of Bioshock's setting, the great utopian city 'Rapture', but the sentiment could apply to the game...

Bioshock (Xbox 360)
by Phil W. on 09/20/07The gameplay is extremely satisfying. Using the plasmids gives you plenty of scope for customisation, and any given task can be completed in a multitude of ways. The visuals are rather tasty, and the design of the game world is quite brilliant. At 10-15 hours of gameplay there is, in my opinion not enough of it. The endings could have been more fleshed out, but the story was inspired and totally original. An extremely good game.
