I have a 44” waste and am going on a cruise around Antarctica, leaving in late September 2009. We will be jumping in and out of Zodiacs and doing other things in the snow but do not require pants to climb Everest. Can you suggest any trousers that would fit/suit me? Thanks. Nick
Ah - Zodiac's - I'm very jealous. Basically you need something lightweight, waterproof, and sturdy. You can't go wrong with the Berghaus Paclite Trousers: http://tinyurl.com/mfnl37 The official size states XXL is 40" - 42" but they do stretch quite well. Hope that helps. - 02 Sep 09
