I need the cheapest and lightest possible tent to take to a music festival for two skinny girls.
Hi.Im trying to find a good quality tent.I was looking at the vango tigris 600 family tent for me and my wife. questions i have, is this tent big and roomy enough for a queen size inflatable bed? what is the size of this tent in feet instead of cm.(w+l+h) my wife likes a roomy tent to have head room since she has alittle back problems. Does this tent have a fully sewn in ground sheet? what is the price for the 2010 vango tigris tent? it has 2 prices of $239 and $279. could you give me a total including the tax on this tent. your answers to this would be very helpful to me. thank you.
Hi I am new to camping. I want a decent tent that can stand up to the rain (Lake District in the UK). Ideally 4 person and ideally two rooms. Dont want to spend vast amounts and will only be using it 3 or 4 times a year (also would be good if it light weight). What tent would you suggest?
Hi - I am same as you: family of 4; on a medium budget; don't want to waste money on rubbish; don't want anything too big either. I haven't bought one yet but I have been researching the internet and have learned a fair bit which might help: 1. I wouldn't buy a 2010 family tent under £150 unless it is in a late season sale (or last year's stock clearance). 2. visit ukcampsite.co.uk and read user reviews before you buy; 3. For a family of 4 you need to look at a 5 or a 6 man tent if you want to use airbeds; 4. My choice would be an Outwell Nevada M but prices are still quite high on these (around £230); 5. My 2nd choice would be the Vango Orchy 600 which Field+Trek are now doing for £150 which is a good price; 6. Alternatively you might want to have a look at Khyam tents too. - 11 Mar 10
