Call of Duty 4 (Xbox 360)

I didn't think it was possible - but it is. CoD 4 has better graphics, better sound, better single player mode, and brilliant multi-player functionality (you earn experience points to get better guns, promotion, and gear). As I expected when I first started playing - I now can't stop and keep going to bed at 3am!

Pros

  • Clear, smooth graphics and crisp sound
  • Brilliant multiplayer levelling mode
  • Nice scenario setting by being in a more modern context

Cons

  • Single player campaign is not as long as it could be
  • Sometimes I can't tell which are my men and which are the enemies.

  • Fatal Inertia Rubbishy futuristic version of Diddy Kong Racing. The Xbox 360's garage is outrageously well-stocked with racers, yet Koei have spied a gap in this market, hence Fatal Inertia - what initially looks like Koei's answer to WipEout but transpires to be more like a, well... rubbishy futuristic version of Diddy Kong Racing really. Q & As

  • Is Halo3 too shortRight a new one. Is the Halo 3 campaign too short? I managed to finish it in 5 hours, not boasting but when you're spending £40 on a game you do expect it to last a bit longer from: Rupert W. | 22 answers
