It is very user friendly (even my young kids can operate it with ease) and can be used by a "point-and-shoot" style user or someone with a little more experience because there are plenty of options to play around with. Great in low light but not so great when the suns up.
on 09/24/07Author: pmtask I bought this in US as an upgrade to my samsung l700. The main reason was it was cheaper over there (just over £100) and I wanted something that could take could low light shots in New York. For a compact the shots in low light are very good....

by Gerald42 on 09/27/07The biggest disappointment is the exposure sensitivity - it just doesn't pick up detail in the shade, and many pictures come out too dark. Its auto mode it chooses too high a ISO, in manual the picture is often under exposed. Also the Best Shot modes in the Casios really put this camera to shame - p ...
