Good for Balance & Strength

I've had my Wii Fit for a couple of weeks now. It is fun to use but I think unless you are quite unfit you won't see a great deal of difference in your fitness levels.

The yoga, strength and balancing are good and anything that helps improve posture and core strength can only be a bonus. However, the aeorbics isn't really testing.

I haven't unlocked everything yet, but I am concerned that once I've unlocked everything I'll get a bit bored with it. Perhaps Nintendo are planning on releasing more games that you can download for it? I hope so.
