Only just got the Philips today but so far so good! Mega easy to install. I just want to say to those experiencing trouble making it multi-regional that I got there after only a few attempts. Kalpesh's instructions are correct. It's just not clear that when you get to 'Preferences' there is no on-screen prompt to change the regional code. There isn't a sub-heading for it either. You literally just need to type in the code (you won't see anything appear on screen) and then a region code prompt comes up, which you need to change. It worked straight away for me once I figured it out. Now playing US DVDs nicely!
