Philips DCP850/05
by Charles H. on 04/06/09I recently purchased this model and was happy with it till the screen broke, how I don't know but my young daughter opened it and the screen just cracked, she couldnt have used much force as she is only 9 years old. I Sent it back hoping to get it fixed under guarentee or replaced. I was told that a replacement part was not available to purchase and it would not be replaced under guarantee. Conclusion if it breaks, throw it away. I will not be buying another one of these when I can get one without this name for half the price.
