region 1 and 2 dvd players

i am looking for a dvd player between £50-£100 that can play both region 1 and 2 dvds without having to mess about with unlock codes etc,which can you recomend?

I want a portable DVD player that hI want a portable DVD player that has the ability to connect via an s-video lead to an external projector.
