Advantages: great quality pictures and large, clear preview screen

In my experience this is an excellent digital camera. The quality of the pictures is much better than the Sony brand that I was using previously. My pictures always seem to come out clear regardless of the amount of light available. I am quite fond of the large preview screen on the back.
