Should I get the next Splinter Cell game? Will it be different enough from the others?

I presume you mean "conviction", in which case I'm not so sure to be honest. It's another "chase" game to start with and probably not a lot different to the first three splinter cell games. Personally I'd probably pick Assassins creed on the 360 when it comes out (which will definitely be this year I reckon) as opposed to 2008 for Conviction.
