Trauma Center: Under the Knife (Nintendo DS)

A gentle introduction to what becomes a pretty difficult game in the later stages. Lots of skill required and even when you have invested the time, you still need quick reflexes and a lot of patience. Saying that, there is a lot of satisfaction in completing the levels and the rewards are well worth it. It becomes really addictive and you just want to keep on trying.
