This is a nice looking product, with good picture and sound qualities. Thanks to those who had written reviews teaching us how to unlock region code. This item was for region 2 and I could not play my region 3 DVDs, after reading some of the reviews, I followed the procedures to unlock and reset it as region 0. Now it works perfectly.
