Cartwright & Butler Ultra Thick Dark Chocolate Ginger Biscuits Tin The starting point was a classic ginger biscuit recipe to which Cartwright & Butler added stemmed ginger for a little extra gingery zing and then we added the chocolate -and not just any chocolate, but a super fine, dark chocolate. And we kept on adding the chocolate. After all, it's not called an ultra thick chocolate biscuit for nothing. Available here in one of Cartwright & Butler’s signature, clip-lid tins.
