Global NI Series knives have an oriental styling and are manufactured from CROMOVA 18, the finest high carbon stainless steel, which remains razor sharp longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. The Global NI knives have a thicker 2.4mm blade, with a razor sharp finish, sleek design and are lightweight and perfectly balanced. The knives have a longer textured handle, designed for comfort and ease of use. The paring knife is a small all purpose knife with a sharp point, ideal for intricate jobs: peeling, de-seeding and slicing. In support of the government initiative to tackle knife crime, we're no longer selling kitchen knives online, so please visit our shops. We have removed kitchen knife stock from the shop floor in all of our stores and replaced them with point-of-sale hang cards to ensure the safety of our Partners and customers. Customers must select the hang card of the required kitchen knife and show a Partner who will assist in obtaining the item from the stockroom.
