VitA-POS is a cost effective, preservative free ointment that is easy to use for dry eyes and ideal for night-time use.. Vit A-POS, is a light paraffin based ointment which also contains Vitamin A, which has been shown to improve symptoms of blurred vision and tear film stability in dry eyes. It has a much softer consistency than some of the older eye ointments, and as such is much easier to apply and more comfortable to use. It is completely Preservative Free and remains s e for up to 3 months from first opening. It pr s lubrication to the eye surface for at least 6 hours. As Vit A-POS is ointment based it cannot be used with contact lenses, but it does pr long term relief for contact lens wearers i. e. night time use. Apply a small strand of Vit A-POS into the lower eyelid every day before going to bed. Do not allow the tip of the tube to touch the eye. Vit A-POS should not be used while wearing contact lenses. Take out your lenses before using Vit A-POS and wait for at least 15 minutes after treatment before putting them back in.
