The SK100 Dovetail Jaw Type F will close down onto a 19mm dovetail spigot or expand into a 38mm dovetailed recess. There is of course greater variation due to the chuck’s scroll mechanism. In reality, the internal range is 11mm to 29mm and the external 31mm to 48mm. However, at more extreme diameters the jaws are no longer form a true circle.
